I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Y510 C2Duo 1.66 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD, DVD+-DL/DVD-RAM,intel x3100 gfx, Webcam etc.
The only area this machine lacks in is its native LCD resolution of 1280*800.
The only screen I've found so far is http://www.screentekinc.com/Lenovo_....4-inch--1024x600-xga-laptop-lcd-screen.shtml
but its an XGA - even lower res than the one I have!
Does anyone know where to get a higher res one?

You can buy a higher-res screen from many places. Just make sure the rest of the laptop comes with it.

Ebay usually has a lot of screens.
Upgrading your laptop's native resolution i.e. LCD change
