This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    User-Upgradable Graphics notebooks. Looking to post a list of models that are videocard-upgradable here. I will make a list in the post and upgrade it as I go along (or maybe admins can update it if I somehow disapear for some reason). Include a link to the exact location of each model. People should double-check everyone's findings to eliminate mistakes:

    Besides the XPS Gen2, and the Boutique models, like Alienware, etc., most aren't 'upgradable'

    So, uh... XPS Gen2?
