I attempted to download SP2 on my laptop 5 times with no success.

I contacted MSN, followed their instructions, and had no luck. MSN

is going to send me a disc to use in lieu of the download for the SP2.

My question is can I upload this MSN disc offline??????

    Thanks

Did you download SP2 via Windows Update or did you download the standalone installer?

What do you mean by uploading the disc offline? If you mean use it without the internet then yes.

I tried both the Windows update & the standalone.

Yes I do not want to go online because I connect to the net with
the ATT USB 3G 885 Wireless Adapter. The file size for SP2 x64
is 564MB. My mothly allowance before charges is 5120MB.
Not connected to the net is what I mean
