Hi
I'm considering upgrading to a Vaio SZ, which looks like a great little machine. Not sure which one yet. One thing they seem to lack compared to my older Vaio though is the yellow video out socket. So, if I wanted to play video out one of these directly into my TV how do I do it? The TV has SCART, yellow video or S-Video ins.
Thanks
Rich

the sony SZ does not have an S-Video or Composite (yellow) video outputs so you'll have to buy a VGA to Composite/S-Video adaptor. These are not cheap though, check out this one from newegg.com

that does seem a bit expensive, like you say. Do you think one of these cables would do the trick?

The Nvidia video card has tv out according to their website, but has anyone used one of these things? -
I assume so, looks a bit dodgy though. I'm not quite sure how good the video quality will be.
Vaio SZ - How would you get TV Out???
