I read that the laptop could be updragded with Intel Core 2 Extreme mobile. But my question is how can i check if is it compatible and which one I have to bought ?

I've never read of someone that upgraded their napa platform laptop to a Core 2 extreme mobile processor. I've only read of people with the SZ6-7 Santa Rosa platform doing this. The C2E processors use at least an 800mhz fsb which is what the later SZ6-7 models have.

If you upgrade your laptop may well not boot or it might downgrade your performance.

I moved your thread for you over to the hardware forum because you're more likely to get an answer in this forum.
