    Vaio V505 UK to US keyboard swapping?

    I have Vaio V505CP (the UK model with UK keyboard). Does anyone know if I can swap the keyboard for replacement a US layout keyboard? I would think they have the same form factor and the keyboard would be detected and work ok, but advice from technical expert or someone who has done a keyboard swap with V505 would be appreciated.
