    Vaio vgn-A29GP hard disk replacement

    hi i have a a29gp vaio notebook and the hard drive is dead i want to replace it does anyone have an idea how to do it? it does not have a hard drive panel on back, case needs to be opened please help :)

    The hard drive in your laptop is a 2.5" PATA/IDE/ATA drive.
    The fastest drive made for that interface is the Samsung HM160HC. It is a 160gb 5400rpm hard drive.

    Your system should be able to see all 160Gb of the harddrive
