I am using Verizon Wireless to access the internet. The PC card fits into the PCMCIA slot on our Dell computers. Recently, I purchased an HP dv6451, which uses the Vista operating system. Was able to obtain the Vista-compatible software. However, when I tried to insert the PC card the slot that appears (from the outside) to be about the same size as the slot on the Dell computer, it would not fit. Any ideas? Is there an adapter available?

    Thanks
    Steve

Most new notebooks nowadays have an ExpressCard slot and not a PCMCIA slot. You may need to be an external PCMCIA device.
