I'm choosing between the config with the intel 950 internal card and the 256MB NVIDIA® Quadro NVS 110M TurboCache card...
Running Vista business - what will I see difference...?
No gaming, just internet, email, office apps.
Thanks.
Also, will having the dedicated card cause the system to run hotter meaning more fan noise???

I don't know that you'd see a difference, the GMA950 handles Vista's aero effects, etc. just fine anyway. It's not necessary to have a Quadro if all you're doing is internet, email, office apps, etc.
And yeah, you'd probably see lesser battery life and higher temps with a discreet GPU compares to GMA950 graphics. -
Yep - I do NO gaming, no 3d modeling, I guess the heaviest apps I use are Office, Frontpage, etc...
One rep at one company said that the GMA950 wouldn't run Aero... -

Yes, stick to the GMA 950 for less heat and more battery life.
And you may not find Aero to be to your liking. On my initial encounter I found the zooming to be distracting (but I still have XP set to look like Windows 2K with the one exception of enabling font smoothing).
