    Hey guys
    i hav a sony vaio AR laptop its got a Nvidia 8600 gt in it,its pretty cool and all,but i had problems playin crysis on it in the med settin mode the FPS were round 10-15 which is pretty bad,and i was thinkin u know if i were able to upgarde its graphic card becoz i think in the near future all the games will be equal and better than crysis. So is it possible to upgrade it to 8800??? :confused: :confused:

    No, graphics cards in laptops are typically soldered onto the motherboard. Try turning down the effects and resolution in Crysis instead.

    No, 99.9% of notebook graphics cards are not upgradable, that sony isn't the 0.1%.

    You could however use better drivers or oc it, it will give you some boost.

    Unfortunately no...the 8600M GT should be able to handle Crysis fine...even my 8400M Gt can run it
