    Hi all!

I have a quick question, I recently purchased a used Dell E6420 with an 2.2GHz Intel i7 2720QM 1TB HDD and a 16GB DDR3 RAM upgrade. It has the Nvidia NVS4200M card, and I was wondering what are some better upgrades for the video that I can install? I know the Latitude is more of a business class laptop, but for decent gaming purposes, what options do I have? I don't expect to play the latest games with all the settings turned up to maximum, but something that will give me a performance boost.

    Thanks in advance!

Hello, and welcome to NBR forums. In the video below at 7:30 is shows the GPU as a soldered on one. This means without MXM there is about a zero chance of upgrading without some mad skills and money to back it up.

Yeah, not gonna happen. Honestly, if you want to game even a recent laptop with integrated graphics will perform better than the NVS 4200m. It's a good laptop for business, but for gaming, not so much.
