    Hi,

Is Intel Core i5 4200U cpu with integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 powerful enough for virtualization when using vmware workstation or virtualbox?

I want to run web browser/flash plugin inside virtual machine, so the speed should be adequate.

What OS are you running in the VM? There should be no issue really, as long as you give it enough RAM.

I do this on a weekly basis with an XP VM running an older version of Opera with flash, and I've had no real issues with it lagging, just make sure you give it decent provisioning (1GB+ for WinXP, 2GB+ for 7, 2 CPU cores, and enough HDD space).

As long as you're not trying to game inside the thing, you shouldn't have issues.
