I have done a few forum searches on the PC Specialist forums and found a few people with the same type of problem as me, but their solutions havn't helped me :(

I ordered a Vortex II 17" with Intel 5.1 Channel High Definition Audio + SPDIF/MIC/Headphone Jack.

When I recieved my computer the only speakers which I could configure and test in windows audio options were the top left and right ones. When I try to test the digital audio high definition audio device I can't hear any sound or bass.
In game the sound was only coming from the bottom left speaker, and was very quiet.

After reading of other users problems I installed the THX Trustudio program. After successfully activating it online, and restarting, all the speakers seem to be working in game. But when I try to open the program it says that the audiocard is disabled/not supported or not connected.

Also the headphone jack isn't working. When I put some headphones in, the sound continues to come out of the speakers.
