I need a new hard drive and I heard these were finally announced for sale. They are also available for external storage. Awesome.

Have they fixed that incessant clicking noise? I had an 80GB scorpio and sold it cause the noise drove me crazy. Yes, i had the latest firmware installed on the drive. Will not buy a WD laptop drive ever again. On the other hand I will only use WD external drives.
