Hi, I have a Dell XPS M1330 without wwan. I want to buy one from US and use it in Romania.
On Dell's support site there are plenty of wwan cards but I couldn't find an operator-free one. By operator-free card I mean a card that works with (m)any operator(s).

Can you please tell me where can I find one?
Do you know anything about 'Thurman Wireless Modem'?

    Thanks

Dell doesnt sell WWAN cards that aren't locked to an operator because each service provider uses a different rev wireless broadband service. Your best bet would be to find out what your prospective service provider will use, and then pick up the corresponding card from Dell. That being said, I am not sure if these cards are "locked" for use with one operator (i.e. Sprint WWAN card will work only with Sprint, etc.)
