The external screen should be around 10 " and consume as little as possible.
What type of screen should I add and how many Watts I can expect it to consume ?
Any good places for this ?
My 13 " on my Samsung X360 uses around 4.5 Watt at max brightness.

"calling shens" ? (sorry, not native in english)
I measured this with a Watt meter (my other acer 17 " laptop 7720G consumes around 10 Watt (older generation screens))
This is pretty much in line if you compare screen area of the 17" with 13 " , around half less area 10/2 = 5 Watt
P.S. Stand corrected 4 instead of 3.5 W -
USB connect and powered screens can be had for around $200-
The max power drain allowed on USB ports is 500ma. -

Volt x Amp = Watts. My AC adapter says it has 19.5 V multiplied by 3.9A which is like 75 or 76 Watts, I'd say an LCD screen takes about 1/4 to 1/3 out of 75 at max brightness. I find your numbers impossible to work with.

A 'professional watt meter' will give unprofessional results if not used correctly. Did you measure the DC drain of the screen itself or the AC drain of the power brick while you toggled the screen backlighting on and off?
Want to add a little external screen around of around 10 "
