So I decide to put my "old" 2x4gb 1333Mhz rams to my laptop ASUS N56D which had 1x4gb 1600Mhz ram. Since I do now some video editing I can say for sure that boosted performance significally.

So why I wanted to check is that okay, because my laptop got freezy lag situlation from nowhere while power on. Multiple short beeps togehter (beep.beep.beep...)

Other wise laptop is doing great and I can say that got little bit FPS up while gaming/ recording.

    ASUS N56D
    AMD A8 4500m
    Win 7

And I googled alot but couldnt find any answer for this. I checked BIOS that if I need to change frequencies, but I cant do nothing over there expect chaing clock and boot order.
Does mobo/ cpu detect rams frequency and do what they need to.... ummm (Im bad at this kind things lul)

So overall can I run my laptop now safely with 1333Mhz rams (downgraded from 1600Mhz)?

You should not have a problem with this. It's not going to be overclocking your RAM if that's the concern.
