    These guys are good at selling you the product but afterwards when its faulty they turn into liars. I had a faulty card sent to me and the seller on ebay is making up all sorts of excuses about the card in order to not replace it for me.     That is something you must deal with Ebay with as stipulated in their policies that isn't for us to get involved with. They have a resolution dispute area and you need to contact them about it.

    Does it work ok non sli? If so I'm not sure you should give them bad press yet. You need to check drivers, video bios, motherboard bios, user settings etc.
