I've been looking to store all my files on something to back them up, and i recently went to staples and found that they are selling a 400 GB western digital desktop external hard drive, and i'm wondering if their asking price of $130 is too much, or i could get a better deal than that.

To me, it seems like it's a pretty reasonable price. I use an 80 GB hard drive on my computer right now, and i'd like to move all of my other files to an external so that i could load up my 80 GB internal with my games.

So is it a pretty good deal? Is western digital any good (i've heard it's pretty good)? And are there better ones out there (Possibly a seagate)?

I purchased the dual interface (Firewire/USB) 500GB WD Hard Drive for $200 earlier this year.
