    Out of these 2 HD only which one has better performance?

    WD3200BEVT is faster. 5K320 is said to be cooler, quieter and more power efficient.

    My WD3200BEVT doesn't top 45*C, and is quiet.

    I agree with Andy, except for: I believe the WD3200BEVT is just as quiet as 5K320.

    5K320 is cooler though and uses less power. As you can see in Tom's Hardware charts.
