I have seen this particular lappie discussed but not really finished. As I have explored the user manual and found nothing on the ram, I found info about the ram here. My question is: The specs have mentioned there are two ram slots. I opened up mine and found only one. Is there another one hiding somewhere or was I jipped out of a slot? Thanks much!

Didn't even know Westinghouse made laptops...

The other slot is most likely under the keyboard.

Your laptop will have an additional ram slot on the bottom of the motherboard. You can access this ram slot by turning over the laptop and removing the cover with the fan vents. There will be 8 small screws holding this cover in place.
