Which reseller are you buying from? Clevo/Sager doesn't control the brand your reseller goes with.

Standard is usually DDR4 2133 MHz.

I don't know what XOTIC PC use but with HIDevolution, you can opt for either 64GB of 2133 MHz RAM or 32GB of 2400 MHZ RAM by Kingston. Kingston don't have 16GB SODIMMS for now so the max you can go for is 32GB if you want 2400 MHz (at least with the Kingston option)

    Is Kingston a better one?

Do you know what Prostar or Mythlogic using? What is the original used by Sager?

I wouldn't be able to tell you until I receive my lappy next week. I think most of them use the standard 2133MHz DDR4 RAM which CLEVO uses but I am not 100% sure.

Kingston is a better one not because it's Kingston but because it's faster @ 2400 MHz BUT if you're like me and like to max everything out, you cannot choose more than 32GB total as I mentioned earlier Kingston only has 8GB modules for now not 16GB modules yet.

Bear in mind that you will need to use the PREMA BIOS to unlock the speeds of the RAM as the standard in the BIOS is 2133 MHZ but with the PREMA BIOS it's simply one setting that you change and baaam, you're running @ 2400 MHz or even @ 2666 MHz if you wanna overclock your RAM or happen to find 2666 MHz. RAM SODIMMs. The PREMA BIOS is still under production and it will be a while before its released to the public though.

The 16GB 2133MHz modules are Samsung usually...
