    Here it is.

What do you think? It is a noname cooling pad, however i read that people say that it does not matter and even cheapest cooling pad on eBay will do.

I think that the blue light would get real annoying, real fast. I have an Antec cooler with a blue light that I can see a hundred feet or so up the road, through the window, looks like some sort of alien invasion. I don't know why manufacturers insist on these real bright LEDs, but they are a bother.
As far as the cooler itself, for 6 bucks or so, why not.

Some cooling pads have different placements of fans. How do i know where my Latitude E6420 sucks in air from?

Just look where the laptop cooling fan is. If it "sucks" air in, that is where is goes, as well as any vents that you see on the bottom.
I've only started with laptops since 2008, but the two I have (Toshiba, Dell) all suck air in and blow out the vent in the back.

check for the vents under it.

I would get the U2 or U3 from coolermaster. Since you can place the fans of the cooler wherever you want.

The quality of the cooler is extremely important the cryo LX is one of the best, along the SF 19
