Probably either patriot, corsair or crucial memory. And you can buy up to PC-5300 (or 5400), which is the kind I would get.

memory is the simplest thing to install. It takes about 5 minutes
You just have to locate the memory bay, and remove about 2 screws, pop in the memory, put the cover back on, put the screws back in, and power up.

Your system has a maximum memory of 4Gb of PC5300

This memory is a single 2Gb memory card. If you choose to buy 1 of them, you can install it with your 1gb card, to have 3Gb of memory.
Or you can buy two of these cards, and have 4Gb of memory in your laptop, and an extra 1Gb card.
Here is some good, high quality memory which you can install in your system:

Since you have VIsta Home Premium, you have a 32bit operating system, so the most memory your system will be able to see is around 3.2-3.6Gb of memory.
You will need a 64bit operating system to address 4gb of memory.

CPU FSB on the notebook - 800MHz

Shouldnt I buy an 800 Memory instead of the 667s?

Well you can, but its not going to make a difference. The intel memory controller for socket P laptop processors, like the T7500, will only support up to a 667Mhz bandwidth.
Because of this, there is no reason to buy the 800mhz memory.
You have to pay more for the 800mhz memory, and it will just downlclock to 667Mhz speed, in your system

There is no laptop on the market now, which can utilize all 800mhz of pc6400laptop memory.

    Stick with the pc5300
