    What can I use my expresscard port for?

    And what kind of speeds to expresscard ports get? Like if I had a USB 3.0 in there would it be limited?

    Can I use it for small storage? I'd be interested in like... a 16GB flash drive that could fit in there.

    Neither have quite what I'm looking for.

    I suppose I could use a USB 3.0 adapter but what I want is added storage used in that expresscard slot without sticking out a ton.

    Just note that those will eat up at least a bit of battery life.

    I use mine for esata ports on my t400, granted it sits on a desk as a sever. But still nice to use the interface finally.

    Not too worried about battery life. This is a desktop replacement for the most part.

    Maybe I'll throw in a 16GB SSD. 70 dollars is a bit steep.

    edit: I was mostly looking for like 4-8GB.
