It has been running smooth and fast but for some reason it has started to slow down, when I try to install the UT3 demo it just keeps showing me the blue circle near my arrow but nothing happens and it freezes, everything has slowed down!!!!

While installing quit all other task, and let it be installing, some programs take few mintues to install.

Check your control panel and installed applications to see if it has been installed. If it has, then uninstall and go for a clean install. Let us know whats going on.

It seems like you have a lot of background processes eating up your cpu, memory and harddrive cycles.

when you turn your system on, go into task manager (alt+ctrl+delete) and then go into the performance tab. If the cpu is running continuously at more than 15% usage, you have background processes eating up your computers speed. I dont know if you have vista, or xp, but you should not have more than 40 processes in either operating system.
To shut off background services, processes and applications, go to the start button, than go to the run command. Type in msconfig. Than go into the services and startup tabs and shut off all unnecessary apps and services. That will keep these apps from loading in the background, which will free up cpu, harddrive cycles and thus speed up your system.

Your system may also be running slow cause of antivirus software running in the background. You can try changing the settings in your antivirus control center, so it only runs when you are not using your computer, or some setting like that.
