    What is the difference between the connectors on my two SSD's?

    Please look at the attached photo... on top is a Toshiba SSD, on the bottom is a Samsung SSD. Notice how, on the right side, the Toshiba has a bunch of extra connecting pins beyond what the Samsung has... what are those for?

    It could likely be an alternate power connection.
