Hello I have got Samsung SSDs and they look totally identical ..
    BUT
    they are NOT identical ..
Can anybody tell me what is the difference ?
    both have different firmware ...
The strange thing is .. that SSD on the left have model number : Model ID SAMSUNG MMCRE28G5MXP-0VBD1
BUT in windows says total diferent model .. : (second and third picture)
The SSD on the right is correct as you can see model number is identical

Can somebody tell me why is like that with that SDD on the left ?
Why model Nr is not identical ?

    Thnx

The one on the left is a Dell OEM drive. You can tell by the "D" in the firmware name.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. When you run SSDs in RAID, TRIM gets disabled. TRIM is only used if it's a single SSD. Again, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I have read.

that is true.. in RAID TRIM will not work.... only on a single SSD , TRIM will work..
