    What is the highest resolution 23-24" monitor?

    I don't want the resolutions to stay static.

    I would love a 300+ ppi 23" - 30" monitor with an O/S that treats fonts and images as seperate entities properly.

    By properly, I mean showing 12 point font at an accurate 12 point size, automatically across the O/S and apps.

    That would be a wide aspect (1.778 ratio) 6000 x 3375 pixel ~23" (20"x11.25") 300 ppi screen.

    or, better yet;

    A normal aspect ratio (1.6 ratio) 15,600 x 9750 pixel ~30.5" (26"x16.25") 600 ppi screen.

    Then, maybe we can stop getting bigger and bigger resolutions. :)
