Um...I am curious, what if we install a turbo memory into a i945 based notebook, will it just act as a readyboost media or malfunction completely ?

I am considering to buy my friend 1G turbo memory for his poor Fujitsu Q2010 if it would work, even a little...

    Could anyone please help ?

As far as I know, notebooks need to have the AHCI interface to actually use Robson memory, so I would say it probably will not work. It would be better to buy him a new SODIMM of memory :D.
