Just need to know the average price of some things and where you recommend I go to buy them (online).

    1. 1GB DDR2-5300 stick of memory

    2. Is this a good bargain, or can I find cheaper?
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822146046

    3. A core duo processor (2.0 ghz)

    Thanks.

Make sure you are getting the right stick of memory. Check to see if the specs match your notebook.

To get the lowest price(s) visit pricegrabber.com and pricerunner.com. These search engines should get you the lowest price (with shipping and tax)

    Alright, thanks.

Edit - Also, if anyone could tell me how hard it is to install a processor yourself or explain how to do it or link me to an explanation that would be really helpful.
