    Whats Faster?

    A 1.5Ghz Core 2 Duo Processor or a 2.0 Core Duo processor

    2.0ghz because they are both the same 2mb cache, same fsb - but the 2.0ghz is 500mhz faster.

    although core 2 duo is better when compared to the the same speed of core duo (2.0ghz core 2 duo is 4mb cache, not just 2), in this case, the 2.0ghz will def be faster

    Agree with Kickace also but clock for clock C2D is faster than Core Duo even w/same L2

    On average, I would put C2D around 10% faster than CD due to internal tweaks, so 1.5GHz C2D would be the equivalent of a 1.66GHz CD.

    I also agree with the others, the core duo is the best of the two.
