Mylaptop is a eurcom sky mx5 r2 .. aka Sager NP8157 / Clevo P650HS-G with a 6820hk and a 1070 gpu. The intel GPU is disabled. It crashes when comng out of hibernate or sleep, and playing any stress test or game that results in some high usages the laptop crashes almost instantly. It is perfectly fine on battery. There is no OC on eithier the gpu or cpu. It's been determined to be caused by gpu driver corruption. Updating the driver allows the gpu to be stress tested and it no longer crashes in gaming. However upon pulling it of hibernate or sleep... the problems return. Reinstall driver, problems disappear. So, what is causing the corruption of the GPU?
