This is becoming annoying. I know there are laptops out there, Clevo, Eurocom, Dell Precision had them that suppport 64gb of ram.
The only way to do this is with 16gb sodimms.
- Where are they?
- What do they cost?
- What determines if you can use them? (processor, north bridge/south bridge, bios)?

Maybe those are Xeon platforms with ECC memory?
I'm not sure if normal DDR3 will ever be getting 16GB DIMMs, but I know DDR4 will be getting them this year:

Thanks, but that article is for desktops. I am talking about sodimms' for workstation/desktop replacement laptops.
