    Ebay if you are okay with buying used. NewEgg if you want to buy new and pay retail.

    I would be very concerned when dealing with ES CPUs:

    In EU you don't want to be caught with one of these modules :D

    Ebay can be a good source for retail/oem procs as well. It would probally be worth the time and effort.
