    I found 2 on ebay, 1 that was the normal going rate. Id prefer to buy it elsewhere but dont see it except in alot of uk stores lol. Looking for it in the US if anyone knows a source.

    I want a normal legit source rather the ebay for purposes of warranty and such. If there is another model (i know its LG's only) that i can look at please let me know.

    Is $250 considered the normal rate? :eek:

    At any rate, the cheaper drive on eBay has a six month warranty. How long of one are you looking for?

    Whatevers standard id like it through the manufacturer and i think it was nearly 270 which is what i told id find it at. I might just skip it for now I can get a reader new from amazon for 70-90 bucks if I wanted.

    Wouldn't mind having 50 GB discs for backing things up lol. Tragic things tend to happen to my externals and its getting hard maintaining 200 gb of data on dvd's. The current backup drive is in the laptop itself, while safer then my externals are you know unsafe that is.

    Think ill just spend the money elsewhere my list was Burner or Reader + new bag + 1TB esata. Thinking im still getting the 1 TB esata drive.
