I have decided after much thinking that I am going to keep my current system and upgrade my 260m's to 285m's. After looking over all the benchmarks and the tech specs of each card I see quite a significant performance boost when you look at the 2 cards and I think its a worth while upgrade. Is my only option to call dell and ask them to send me the cards and purchase it from them? Will I be able to keep my 260m's and sell those on ebay to help offset a little of the cost? Does anyone know how much 2 of these cards cost? I already have all the sli cables and hardware. All I need to do is switch the cards out. Thank you in advance for helping me make my m17x the ultimate gaming machine.

or www.rjtech.com... they should have MXM3.0B GTX285M SLI... but considering u have an old revision M17x , they might not work... also u can call delll and they'll sell u new cards but only GTX280M SLI... it will be around $700-900... the thing is that ur old M17x motherboard revision limits u to 280M SLI i'm quite sure...
