    Where to buy a replacement LCD Screen?

    The LCD screen on my Sony FW cracked/shattered, so I need to get a replacement screen.

    My FW currently has a Sharp LQ164D1LA4B screen, so that's what I want to buy. Sony wants $400 for the part, but that's pretty expensive so I'm hoping to find it somewhere for less.

    The guy on eBay advertising this screen is actually selling a "compatible" screen (which is probably the cheaper 'Eco' screen, not the better 'HiColor' screen that I currently have). And ScreenTek does not carry any 16.4" screens (even though their website says they do).

    Anyone have any other suggestions? I really don't want to pay $400 for this part.

    Thanks, I forgot about that guy. But he's only got a 90% positive rating with only 9 total transactions on eBay. So I'm not sure I trust him (I don't want to get stuck with an inferior screen).

    I just found this place selling one for $298 BUT their ResellerRatings rating sucks.

    Looks like I might have to order direct from Sony for $400. :(
