Intel® Core Proc Solo T1350 (1.86GHz/533MHz/1 X 2MB L2 Cache)
Intel® Pentium® M Processor 750 (1.86GHz)
sorry I have no idea of CPUs. The above two are both single-core, right?
What's the difference between them or between "intel core proc solo" and "intel pentium M"
Many thanks

Core Solo, contains better instruction set and is built on a 65nm basis, which should keep it cooler.

so generally speaking, core solo>PenM?

Very similar in terms of FSB, clock speed, cache, probably pretty similar in performance, although as has already been said, the core is a newer, cooler and more advanced cpu, so it would be the logical choice.
Anyone know about core power consumption compared to p-m? -

The difference in performance between a Core Solo and Pentium M (Sonoma) at the same clockspeed should be barely noticeable, if at all. Both processors actually have the same TDP (although that is not an accurate method of measuring power consumption) of 27W. The Pentium M-based machine should have lower power consumption.
If you are buying a notebook at this time, go for a dual-core CPU. The Core Duo processors are not much more than the Core Solos, and they are well worth the extra money in my opinion.
which CPU is better
