I am planning to buy a Dell Vostro 410 desktop PC. It has the following CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad Processor Q6600 (2.40GHz, 8MB, 1066MHz FSB)

Can anyone tell me whether there will be significant difference if I opt for "4GB (4X1GB) NECC Dual Channel DDR2 800MHz SDRAM Memory" over a "4GB (4X1GB) NECC Dual Channel DDR2 667MHz SDRAM Memory"?

Also, since Windows Vista Business can use only a maximum of 3.5 GB, will it make difference if I opt for 4 GB (4x1GB) RAM over 3 GB (2x1GB/2x512MB) RAM?

No, it won't make much of a difference in overall performance.

Windows Vista xxxx 32-bit can address a max of 3.75GB
    (Anywhere between 2.5GB and 3.75GB).

If you opt for 3GB, not much of a difference.

You can upgrade to Vista 64 using your current OEM/Retail key (if you want to).
