Is there any difference if I hook up through an DVI to HDMI Cable opposed to a VGA Cable. I have ports for both HDMI and VGA, I just wanted to know if I would notice a significant difference with either hook up. It is a 24" screen and comes with both cables.

HDMI should give you better picture quality, as it is a purely digital signal. VGA can give a good picture, but it is an analog signal, so it is subject so signal degradation.

While technically speaking digital will give you a better picture, some tv sets render analog signals than digital which would make the analog look better. I would say digital should be best, but if you notice something weird with it, try the alanlog.
