A stuck or a dead pixel?

Which one would you rather have (assuming that you know that the notebook you're getting has one of these defects)?

    Depends on screen's type.

For TN panels dead pixels are white and stuck red blue or green..

Although a stuck pixel could get normal again..

Stuck can sometimes be fixed. Dead can't.

    Both suck though.

I've got one dark dot on my screen which I presume is a dead pixel. I noticed it after about a month when what I thought was a speck of dirt refused to wipe off.

A brightly coloured dot will be much more visible and annoying.

I'd rather have a stuck pixel... dead pixels affect my gaming and they can't be fixed D:

I had a stuck pixel - stayed blue on my HP w2207. However over time it gradually faded.
