Well, i have 3 links to g.Skill ram... my favorite brand :)
So... they are in order of price, but that doesnt matter much, cause it is a fluctuation of about $10...

    CL5, 667mhz
    CL5, 800mhz
    CL4, 667mhz

so i realize that one of the last 2 are the best.. but will i notice any differences at all between the 3?

    In terms of performance:

The CL4, 667MHz one should be the best for your particular notebook.

The CL5, 800MHz might be better than the 667 MHz ones, but IIRC Santa Rosa runs the memory at 667MHz for default speeds. The 800MHz one would get underclocked to 667MHz.

    But in terms of bang-for-buck:

The CL5, 667MHz one is good.

    The CL4, 667MHz -- No free shipping ?

Go for the CL5 667MHz....If not into overclocking.

    Lower CL won't improve performance.

You will get slightly higher scores in synthetic benchmarks like 3DMark and PCMark with CL4. In real world usage, there is not a big performance difference. Perhaps you will get 1-2 more FPS in games with the CL4.

I would get the cheaper one IMHO.

CL4 will be faster but as said you will not notice. The 800Mhz might when downclocked be CL4?
