    A) Kingston HyperX PC4200 533MHz 2GB DDR2 cas 3-3-3-8

    B) G.SKILL 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 cas 4-4-4-12

    And Can I upgrade the wifi card in it to an Intel 5300?

    RAM: whichever is cheaper, there will be no noticeable performance difference.

    Wifi: you should be able to upgrade it, but it likely isn't worth it.
