    Hi all,

    I have a Toshiba TevraA2. I used one RAM256 PC2100 and one RAM256 PC2700S.
    - It runs well for about 4 months
    - Now I have this problem. After starting several minutes, the machine stops and I see such thing dimmed on screen (please see the attached file). I have to forcely restart it.

So, who can show me the problem?

    Tks very much,

Does this happen when you're in the BIOS? If so, then you have a hardware problem.
It looks like either your RAM or GPU memory has been damaged. First, if you are OCing your notebook, bring the clocks back to stock speeds and see if that fixes the problem.

If that doesn't work, take out one RAM stick, reboot and see if the notebook is okay. If not, reboot the laptop with the other stick instead. If the laptop is okay with one stick, and not the other, then you've found your problem.

If neither RAM stick is identified as the problem, you might have some bad memory on the GPU...make sure you're running at stock speeds as well.

If this doesn't show up in BIOS, it might be a software problem.
Re-install your GPU drivers and see if that helps.
Scan the system for viruses or other nastyware...just in case.
If none of that works, follow the steps outlined for checking the GPU and RAM just in case.

    1) Reformat your hard drive
    2) See if errors continue

If they don't, then you installed some baaaaaad software. If they do, then you need to replace some baaaaaad hardware.
