My previous notebook had some wear marks from resting my handpalms so for my new notebook I bought an external USB keyboard. I have the Logitech diNovo Edge which is the first wireless bluetooth keyboard from Logitech that can be recharged.

Unfortunately I don't find it easy to sit in front of my notebook with a keyboard between me and the notebook. It just does not feel natural.

So my question is, are you using a keyboard as well? Do you put your notebook on some kind of laptop stand?

My laptop sits on a stand as you can see from my avatar. You can also see the EX54 card and logitech USB receiver. I close the lid and hook it up my external monitor and keyboard. I bought an LX610 a year ago and it does its job pretty well :p. I am no gamer so I don't have gaming accessories.

I don't use an external keyboard for my laptop screen. It is not normal :p.

if I do, I also have an 24" screen hooked - notebook on the side, not in front of me.

it's not ergonomically to work with an external keyboard and the notebook screen imo, for that reason I bought one which has a good, usable keyboard.

yeah, you're not the only one. if i use the notebook with a keyboard, i will fell that my head does not angle well towards the screen, the screen becomes too small that it strain my eyes.
