    I need hinges for a Quanta SW1. What's a Quanta SW1? :confused:

    A Quanta SW1 is the housing used on a BTO notebook that was built as part of the Verified-By-Intel program about two years ago. :)

    ASI does not stock parts for notebooks that are out of warranty. Quanta sends me to ASI. What should I do?

    I did a Google search on QUANTA SW1 PARTS and got a number of hits. Are any of them likely?

    I contacted Intel Channel Partners and explained that a notebook originally built as part of the VBI program now had broken hinges. They said they only had cases. So I removed everything and shipped the damaged case to them.
