    hello,

I got my dell 9400 4 or 5 month ago and everything was working fine, but 30mins ago the screen has been showing two white spots.when you look directly at the screen. At first i though it's was nothing really but when i clean the screen they are not moving   . The spots have a size of 1 cm and bright white color.

    1 cm!? That's huge...
Can you take some pictures of your screen and post them here?

I would say, run the Dell system diagnostics stuff at boot. It will run through different color patterns and whatnot, and if they show up there, I say call Dell and get a new screen (assuming you have warranty).

My initial reaction is that it looks as if your screen has been hit by something fairly sharp.

But if these white spots are groups of stuck pixels, you might be able to get rid of them by gently rubbing on them with a soft cloth.

Have a tiny one of those in my Dell 2405 24" display. Think its dust. Been there as long as I've owned it (couple years). I just ignore it.
