I have an Intel 5100AGN Card and it gets really hot after 1hr of websurfing. So does somebody know if the power consumption and the heat make a difference with a newer Wifi Card like the Intel 6300 ?

I have never heard of a NIC getting too hot, do you mean that the laptop gets hot?
-
I mean the surface area of the notebook base, right where the nic is located.
-
Changing the NIC won't really change the heat output of the laptop, it's probably just heat form other components like the CPU, video card, hard drive, etc spreading through the notebook which is normal. Are you experience problems with your NIC or it's just the heat?

Well, I can't connect to 'n' Wifi networks with linux (kernel 3.3). So I have to limit the nic to g speed with in the config. I thought these problems were solved ...

That is more driver realted, for the heat, you could dust the heatsink(s) if you haven't done so in a long while.
