I really want to upgrade to a SSD. Waiting for prices for the reliable 64 GB ones (Intel-type) to fall under $300. When will that happen?

most likely yes, so enjoy. -
Let's keep in on topic, people!

A company named Super Talent just released a $300 128gb model. I dont exactly have high hopes for this particuar SSD, but I think it is leading the way for price wars!
-
Some SSD's are available now for under $300, but the "reliable ones" probably wont drop in price that soon.
-
Laptop demand is going to increase around Christmas, so SSDs would probably go up.
But, your guess is as good as mine. -
